Delicious breakfast with a variety of choices, the place is super fancy and spotless. I could see the units from my balcony right next to my bed, which was convenient. the restaurant was pretty good, I had an awesome meal there! 🍳

It has incredibly attentive personnel who speak atleast basic english and know customer service. The breakfast is great, and the location is unbeatable so close to all the traffic and nightlife, souvenir shops, and entertainment center.

the huge room the pool was fresh hotel near to the shops and services the staff were friendly. they give us early check in at 11 Am
the pool was so cold at evening there is no heating system. the bathroom was not have a tube only shower box. the bathroom sometimes have a smell.

Incredible and clean place with exceptional view of the mountains. Neat units and consistently courteous staff who speak basic English. 3. Very central location, within walking distance of an elaborate mall.

Not much.
We must have had the worst Deluxe room in the Hotel. Staff were in the corridor 24/7 with loud walkie talkies and had to be reminded to be quiet...this was even after midnight. Reception staff spoke very little so when we complained about housekeeping service and the noise, it appeared that the message did not get across. There was no documentation in the room on how to operate any facilities. The bathroom had bare concrete as did a light switch. The hotel provided no transport and the breakfast was more suited to the Asian market not multicultural.
